Managing Consultant

Managing Consultants at Dominion Digital are responsible for successfully leading business process management and process improvement projects as well as delivering value to our clients in a dynamic, technology-oriented environment. The role of Managing Consultants involves leveraging broad experience to frame business problems, analyze alternatives, and manage process and process improvements. Managing Consultants contribute directly to our culture of business value and consulting excellence by addressing people, process, and technology in tandem.

ResponsibilitiesLead and foster the development of high performing teams to meet strategic business objectivesSuccessfully manage client relationships and actively pursue business development opportunitiesManage multiple tasks in a timely manner and ensure that deliverables are met with high qualityAssess impacts and risks when changes are requested or when issues ariseDesign, plan and manage projects and multiple project teamsCoordinate work with multiple client stakeholdersActively participate in the consultative sales processManage and monitor high-quality execution of processes and work plansIdentify potential process breakdowns and/or ways to improve current business processesImplement business process solutions Perform organizational modeling and analysisSolve complex, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications

Minimum QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to analyze and identify operational improvements using quantitative techniquesExperience managing a project team of greater than three peopleAbility to prepare and present presentations to executives and key decision-makersDemonstrated ability to focus on quality and attention to detail



Preferred QualificationsAt least two years of consulting experience  with a national consulting firmRecognized thought-leader and mentor in the areas of process and organizational improvement methodologiesRealized business value using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies

Education/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field of study with at least eight years of experience in framing business problems, analyzing alternatives and managing process improvements or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
