Human Resource Manager
Join our dynamic company, a leading provider of litigation support and discovery management services for corporate and legal firm clients. We provide a range of electronic evidence services, including Computer Forensics, Electronic Data Discovery, Document Review, and Consulting.
We are dedicated to providing quality service to our exclusive clientele and are looking for a High-Performing HR Manager to join our organization! The right individual will possess the ability to blend technical expertise with practical application of Human Resources Administration. This person will be deployed across a variety of employment related matters to encompass Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits and Training and Development and also proper handling of company guidelines and policies. Essential Duties: Plan and allocate tasks among exempt and non-exempt employees within the HR Department. Assist with interviewing, selection, training and termination of employees. Manage all human resources administration; pay changes, status changes, reinstatements, terminations, resignations, benefits, etc. Set and adjust employees' rates of pay, bonuses, hours of work and training to include all levels and conditions of employment. Address employee complaints and grievances. Coordinate with vendors, brokers and Third Party Administrators (TPA) to provide appropriate and effective benefits programs for the Company. Manage the benefit enrollment, changes, corrections, and cancelations of medical insurance, dental insurance, life and disability insurance and 401K deductions. Assist with auditing of bills and claims for insurance vendors and ensure timely payments/adjustments are made. Assist with auditing and reconciliation of insurance and 401K records to ensure correct deductions, payments and adjustments are posted. Assist with managing the 5500 report for the 401K and the health & welfare benefit plans to include audits. Manage and maintain EEO-1, Vets-100 Reporting and OSHA Reporting. Coordinate with COBRA with TPA including, but not limited to terminations, transfers and adjustments for employees. Co-Administrate Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including Report Writing. Manage FMLA, Worker's Compensation audits and Auto Insurance Programs. Work with VP of HR to manage employee wellness, diversity and retention programs.
Qualifications: Must have obtained a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college. Must contain a minimum of five (5) years of Human Resource Management experience, Human Resources Administration to include health & welfare benefits program expertise. Strong working knowledge of Affirmative Action Programs, employer relations, EEO compliance and responses to claims. Working knowledge of UltiPro, ADP, HR Perspective, Ceridian, or other payroll systems and report writing. Must be able to lead and direct the work of others, delegating to team members that may not necessarily have a direct reporting relationship. Ability to work independently under general supervision. Ability to communicate both orally and in written form within all levels of the organization. Highly accurate and detail oriented to excellent organizational skills. Posses the ability to problem solve, think logically, analyze problems, and develop resolutions in various areas. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all human resource information.
