Executive Assistant/Office Mgr
Growing and dynamic boutique international organizational research and consulting firm seeks a seasoned Executive Assistant/Office Mgr to play a key role in keeping operations and activities organized and on track. Successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to President and CEO as well as substantial support to Sales and Marketing Directors. The position entails a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require taking initiative and anticipating the team’s needs. This will be a position with opportunities for advancement.
S/he will be expected to effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks and projects of moderate to high complexity and scope, perform efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, limited-structure environment, and handle ambiguity with grace and poise.
S/he should demonstrate strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Requires expert-level software experience using database, spreadsheet, word-processing and productivity applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ACT!.
