Executive Assistant
Wonderful nationally recognized corporation is seeking a top flight excutive assistant to support two high level corporate officers. Duties include a wide variety of responsibilities including orchestrating travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, acting as liaison with corporate employees, board members, outside clientele, supporting executives in in all aspects of daily business, including highly sensitive coordination of scheduling amoung officers of the company, document production, screening calls, handling inquiries, provide total administrative support including expense reports, and setting up meetings and conference calls as well as special projects as assigned. Company offers outstanding compensation and benefits including free parking, 3 weeks of vacation first year, 401k match and numerous additional benefits. Successful candidate will have 5-7 years minimum of high level Exec Assistant experience, possess great attention to detail, possess poise and sophistication and the ability to work seamlessly on Executive Row.
