Customer Service/Survey Specialist

The Center for Organization Effectiveness is a management-consulting firm located in Madison, Wisconsin. surveysbydesign is a practice area of the Center dedicated solely to the design, administration, analysis and reporting of 360 degree feedback. 

 

As we continue to grow our assessment/survey practice, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs.  Key responsibilities include:

 

·Designing, developing and monitoring the 360 survey process

·Interfacing with customers on a regular basis—responding to questions, helping them with survey design needs,monitoring the survey process

·Assisting with additional survey needs (e.g., employee opinion surveys, culture studies)

 

Knowledge, Skills,Abilities Required

 

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills(verbal, listening, written)

·Strong customer service focus

·Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

·Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

·Ability to work independently as well as with team members

·Ability to learn quickly

·Experience in the analysis and reporting of survey data preferred
