EII is seeking Consultants for work throughout the U.S.  The ideal candidate can live anywhere within the U.S., and travel is required. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the basic principles behind Business Process Analysis and Design and the alignment of enterprise systems with business processes.

 The Management BPM Consultant is responsible for providing integrated and interoperable solutions for large complex organizations with a focus on business processes and supporting information systems. The candidate must be able to apply exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be a flexible, team-oriented individual. The candidate must be adept at providing deployable solutions and superior work results for clients in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The candidate must consistently produce work at a high level of quality and timeliness and excel at working independently as well as being a member of a team.

 

 

Position Summary:

 

This is a consulting position that involves customer interaction and the development of Business Process solutions that work with the deployment of IT systems. 

 

Essential Duties:

  Help customers identify and solve problems related to the alignment of information systems and technologies to business processes. Apply best practices as they relate to end-to-end business processes scenarios. Assist clients in creating architectural models using the ARIS toolset. 

 

Required Experience:

 

3+ years of general business process management/information systems experience to include: Business process modeling experience (ARIS, Visio) Understanding of Business Process Design and other aspects of the Business Process Lifecycle



Required Knowledge/Skills:

  Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management Knowledge of enterprise solution environments for commercial and custom software solutions Ability to analyze problems and present solutions to management Ability to develop written reports that describe the work performed. Knowledge of the ARIS Business Server/Toolset from a modeling and technical standpoint. Knowledge of enterprise software products, especially from Oracle and SAP. Exposure to Technical BPM (e.g. BPEL) is desirable, but not required 

Educational Requirements:

  BS degree in Information Systems or related field
