We have gained this position through successful project completion and servicing for leading companies in both domestic and international markets for over twenty-five years. As a result of our continued growth, we have an immediate opening in our Rifle, CO and Gillette, WY offices.
 
About the Position:
We are seeking experienced Branch Managers to join our team of professionals in our Rifle, CO and Gillette, WY offices.

Requirements:

· Minimum of ten years experience in an oil and gas service industry, preferably within the gas compression industry, with several years experience managing branch operations.
· Strong business acumen with proven organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment.
· Proven skills in developing new business while maximizing the use of resources, including employees and information systems.
· Effective communication skills along with solid computer skills.

In this role, candidates will be responsible for growing and managing the regional operation in all aspects of product support services along with:

· Provide high-level customer service focus and ensure growth, profitability, staff development and operational excellence.
· Pro-actively meet customers’ needs and generate business-development opportunities.
· Develop, implement and manage annual business plan objectives and operating budget to ensure growth and profitability.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, policies and procedures pertaining to branch operations.
· Provide sales and service leadership to branch staff by establishing and reviewing individual and team sales, service and financial objectives with the branch staff and ensure that these goals are understood and achieved.
· Successful implementation of employee retention strategies.
· Ensure branch compliance with safety audits and standards, policies and procedures.
· Ensure branch processes to ensure quality controls are in place.
· Keep abreast of competition and industry trends.
· Take an active leadership role within the community
 
Location:
