Manage and administer critical subcontractors, including preparing key RFPs, proposal evaluation & analysis, and contract negotiations. Perform all required support to the Subcontracts Manager. Meet all subcontract pricing objectives. Advise management of contract rights and obligations, assess and determine the appropriate terms and conditions, including flow-down provisions for all subcontracts. Monitor and follow-up critical subcontractor's performance and product deliveries. Implement and support export control wherever applicable. Administer Department's calendar and independently schedule appointments. Receives incomingsubcontractor calls and management & document all correspondence. Prepare letters, memorandums, reports, and all relevant correspondence. Maintains subcontract documents and records, including training records. Prepares Subcontract correspondence, reconciliation between CostPoint and the subcontract, including modifications, resolution of open commitments and invoice coding. Perform report analysis and special projects in support of internal and external audits, as well as departmental reports and database creation in CostPoint. Supports SDRL submittals including database tracking and maintenance. Assist in the expediting invoices and accruals interfacing between Subcontracts, subcontractors, Accounts Payable, IPT Members, and Shipping & Receiving Department.No supervisory responsibilitiesInteracts with internal and external employees at equivalent levels. A Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent experience is required.Minimum of 7 years of related experience is required.TS Clearance with current SBI date is required.Working Knowledge of Windows and MS Office. Knowledge of Excel and Access required. Knowledge of MS Project desired.High energy and willingness to want to learn and generate high work output required.Excellent oral and written communication skills required
