Project Paralegal or Landman 

Houston mid-stream pipeline company seeks a paralegal or landman with experience in drafting and interpreting deeds and land descriptions for pipeline-related title issues.  Only experienced need apply.  Prior real estate, real estate litigation, royalty and consent form experience will be considered.  Candidate must possess strong organizational skills and be team-oriented. While this growing Houston corporation is very busy, it is an excellent working environment.  This project is anticipated lasting 3-6+ months.Benefits will be offered after 90 days.
