PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Fennemore Craig, P.C., a growing regional law firm with five offices headquartered in midtown Phoenix, has an excellent opportunity for a Practice Development Administrator.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will be responsible for the coordination of practice group activities in support of the Practice Group Chairs and Section Chairs.
Collaborates with Marketing on preparation of the annual Marketing/CLE/Client Development budgets for each practice group.
Supports the creation of Practice Group business plans and individual attorney business plans, working with Practice Group Chairs, Section Chairs and individual attorneys.
Administers reporting of practice group, marketing practice and other relevant statistics for use by Practice Chairs, Section Chairs, the Executive Director and the Management Committee.
Responds to RFPs, working with attorneys and Marketing staff to draft appropriate, effective responses.
Maintains a prospective client and targeted client development list, implementing business development efforts with attorney teams.
Tracks, analyzes changes in the firm’s client list – firm-wide, by practice area and by office - to look for client development, service opportunities and trends.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Marketing) and 7-10 years relevant work experience required. Law firm experience preferred.
