Houston area oilfield services company has an immediate opening in their legal department for an experienced, admitted attorney.  Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, excellent academic credentials and some exposure to contracts / general corporate practice.  Compliance and regulatory experience a plus.  Please forward resume for confidential consideration.
