IP Legal Secretary/Executive Assistant for Partner
International law firms seeks experienced intellectual property secretary/executive assistant for partner. This is a very visible position as the candidate hired will report to the section head. A minimum of 3-5 years IP experience is preferred. Chosen candidate will handle correspondence, calendaring/scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, etc. Overtime is common in the position. Must be knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Firm offers outstanding benefits.
