Executive Assistant for Downtown Law Firm

A large established law firm located in the downtown area close to popular restaurants and shopping is looking for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant. This position requires a minimum of 5 years supporting an executive while coordinating company events as well as law firm experience. Additional duties this position will perform include but are not limited to scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, preparing financial binders and maintaining contacts in Outlook. A college degree is required. If you have an awesome personality, great follow through, articulate with excellent attention to detail you might be the perfect person for this position.
