The Customer Service Representative will assist customers and employees with order processing, billing, report creating and training our current customer base in Background ScreeningQualifications 1. BS or equivalent preferred 2. 2-4 years proven customer service experience. 3. Strong communication skills. 4. Self Motivated. 5. Strong Customer Service, relationship development and customer satisfaction skills 6. Strong organizational, time management and forecasting skills 7. Understanding of professional research process and have the ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of LexisNexis Risk Management products and solutions and how they apply to the customers needs. 8. Two plus years of experience managing partner or customer accounts. 9. Proven ability to promptly manage and respond to numerous tasks, initiatives and to manage sales campaigns to completion while maintaining attention to the detail. 10. Proficiency on Word, Outlook and Excel 11. Able to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals 12. Siebel knowledge a plusAccountabilities: 1. Provide courteous, customer service to all customers 2. Assist customers in understanding and solving background screening problems. 3. Train new users for Background Screening. 4. Continually verify and document customer's objectives, requirements, and value that they receive from our services. 5. Demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to use all relevant LexisNexis Risk Management products and solutions to effectively present them to clients on an ad hoc basis, but also to incorporate and use the same in the creation of your account strategies. 6. Clearly demonstrate understanding of LexisNexis Risk Management pricing, administrative procedures, and organization to effectively answer clients questions or implement solutions in a timely fashion. 7. Work closely with existing customers to ensure maximum value of contract is being attained. 8. Work closely in a team environment with sales support employees to satisfy customer needs. 9. Formulate a professional development plan with your manager with respect to internal/external educational programs so that you knowledge can be leveraged with your assigned territory. 10.
