Commercial Litigation Attorney
Experienced commercial litigator needed. Must be extremely well organized, energetic, and very computer literate. In addition to working on existing commercial litigation matters pending throughout the United States, the successful candidate will oversee 20+/- outside counsel throughout the country on consumer finance-type matters for a captive client. The position calls for a lawyer with 5 - 10± yrs solid business law and litigation experience. The candidate must have extensive experience in all aspects of motions practice including drafting and arguing motions in hearings, and must possess high quality oral and written communication skills for preparation of in-depth memoranda of law/brief writing coupled with research and case analysis. Arbitration experience is helpful. The law firm and related businesses are a 45 person group, including 10 lawyers. We are located in the heart of the Galleria in very comfortable offices.
