Associate Counsel

Associate Counsel, Cook Inlet Region, Inc.

 

CIRI is recruiting for an Associate Counsel to focus on real estate, resource development, business transactional law, and provide legal advice to its management and affiliated entities.  Exceptional analytical, legal research, oral and written communication skills are a must.  Requires at least three years experience and a J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited first-tier law school with a strong academic record.  Must have an active Alaska Bar Association license in good standing or ability to obtain such a license within one year.
