As the metro market leader in both SONET and ROADM technology, the fundamental building blocks of next-generation networks, Fujitsu is helping customers take networking beyond convergence.We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Denver or Pheonix locations with our Fujitsu Network Communications division.Understands customer's strategies and determines opportunities that will help them meet their objectives. Provides briefings and presentations on new products to develop interest, to better understand the client's needs, and to provide a mutually beneficial solution. Assists customer with network design, showing how Fujitsu's products can optimize their overall network. In conjunction with assigned Sales Engineer and the Proposals Group, leads Fujitsu's responses to RFPs. Ensures that Fujitsu's clients receive a world class level of customer service. In conjunction with Sales Engineering, develops and delivers technical training to customer's engineering groups on product functionality, features, testing and turnup. Bachelor degree with field of study in Science/Technology, Business/Economics/Communications. Additional knowledge of Software and Consulting. 5 + years experience in selling telecommunication/computing hardware and software. Ability to develop new business for FNC from traditional and non-traditional markets. Familiar with Solutions, SONET/Ethernet, ROADM/DWDM, Servers, IP Devices, Software/Services. High degree of computer skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal relationship management. Must be disciplined, self-motivated and tenacious sales professional.Must have current contacts selling telecom/data networking products to either Enterprise or Carrier customers.
