Position Description:PRODUCT MANAGER, MAILMySpace is looking for an energetic product manager who is passionate about building great online products and customer experiences. Unlike many other companies, we like to bring new experiences to users very quickly. RESPONSIBILITIES• Invent or enhance products and features on a global scale to improve the user experience and promote cross-site interaction• Prioritize a variety of feature requests so Engineering works on the most impactful projects first• Write concise functional requirements for each new product or existing product enhancements, including user scenarios, business justification,and operational impact• Measure and report on the impact of new features on usage• Create preliminary design concepts and mock-ups• Lead the relevant teams to quickly implement and rollout new updates• Deep understanding of competitive experiences, what they do well, and what they don’t• Work with business and marketing teams to find the best way to monetize and promote new products and features• Run A/B tests of the user experience to test design hypotheses • Conduct primary or secondary research to better understand users SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS• 2-3 years of Internet product design or product management experience• Strong advocate of the user experience• Experience with Internet products and deep knowledge of the industry• Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with both technical and business experts• Experience managing simultaneous projects and demonstrated team leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment• Proven ability to manage direct and indirect teams• Ability to balance technical and business issues • Strong organizational skills To Apply Visit Fox Click here to see all MySpace opportunities
