Project Overview:Do you have a passion for great B2B focused database marketing? Then join one of the busiest B2B communication teams in the business. Our client's Communication Team has an opening for a Marketing Execution Manager who will assist internal customers in delivering targeted direct marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Taking business requirements for customer list pulls from the appropriate database Transforming business requirements into campaigns Pulling the customer lists using automated tools Executing the process of receiving email content and sending that email out to the customer list via ExactTarget Sending direct mail and telemarketing lists to vendors using ePiphany Executing the process of reporting on direct marketing efforts Required Skills: The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in database marketing best practices/competencies to include email, direct mail, and telemarketing Basic understanding of the direct marketing project process flow and execution Ability to multi-task multiple execution team deliverables and meet deadlines Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, consistent follow-through, project management skills, and strong communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) Strong skills using campaign management marketing software (i.e. ePiphany) HTML email skills and experience working with international/localized content 1-2 years experience in database marketing execution/execution management is desired The ability to learn on the fly and work in a dynamic environment is paramount Candidates should be motivated, self-starters, and fast learnersPreferred Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, and Visio)Apply Today:Please forward resume as a Word attachment to careers@allyis.com and reference job ID# 1058-M in the subject line.
