GodTube.com is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill our Manager of Human Resources position.  Under the supervision of the Vice President of Support Operations, he/she will be responsible for providing Human Resources Generalist support to all levels of management and employees for this web based company. 

 

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a key business partner to the management team by developing and driving effective talent management processes that focus on assessment, development and talent to ensure attraction, development and retention.  The HR manager will also work with all levels of management to create new programs or leverage existing programs.  Provide coaching, consultation on employee relations issues and administer payroll.

 

Responsibilities:

 Coach and mentor managers and employees on various human resources related initiatives and develop proactive employee relations strategies.Provide assistance on Human Resources programs such as performance management, focal reviews, learning & development, talent assessment, and benefits.Counsels and/or coaches employees and managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitation of formal/informal complaints to resolution, discipline and/or terminations, etc. Provide HR leadership and generalist support to all employees, in the areas of compensation planning, payroll and employee engagement.Partners with Recruiting and assists in the requisition and selection process. Manages annual Performance Management Development processes, including employee training and coaching, performance appraisal, personnel development planning, and succession planning Manages compensation processes, ensures adherence to annual corporate compensation objectives and guidelines. Ensures facility is compliant with relevant local, state, and federal employment laws. Performs all Payroll administrationOversee administration of all benefits including insurance, paid time off, 401k, Workers’ Compensation.Create and update policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures as needed. Consults with legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state laws.

 

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience.

· 5-7 years experience of responsibility in all aspects of human resources (compensation, employee relations, organizational development, payroll and business partnering).

· Must be experienced in employee relations and have a strong working knowledge of employment laws.

· Must possess a full range of functional human resources skills and experiences, including leadership and management development, training, succession planning, compensation, and software applications (MS Office, Human Resources Information Systems, using ADP).

· Proven experience in implementing programs and processes that yield positive results and the ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with subordinates, peers, and upper management.
