Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Receives setup information from Account Executives and begins setup on internal ClickMotive administrative tool • Submits orders for pulling dealer vehicle inventory while monitoring all orders incoming and outgoing; updates Account Executives daily of any inventory changes • Purchases domains for new dealer setups and performs all tasks associated w/ pointing to our servers and IP address • Setup of accounts on Google Base • Purchases call tracking #s for accounts • Runs keyword generation software and uploads keyword sheets to appropriate account once setup is completed • Maintains contact with third-party vendors regarding any data received or not received pertaining to all back-end processes • Other duties as assigned by management. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and the general public. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
