As our Business Applications Programmer based in Austin, TX, your primary mission will be to develop and support internal business information systems as you help guide Convio along a scalable, maintainable technology path. Imperative to this position will be your expertise with Java, Perl, SOAP, XML, and SQL. This will enable you to maintain and enhance applications for revenue forecasting, royalty reporting, sales operations, marketing, and general finance and administration. Strong organizational skills and accountability will ensure your success as you will exercise autonomy in preparing project plans, prioritizing deliverables, and completing tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Your excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all internal departments will allow you to gather business requirements and consolidate them into integration software.
