Position Description:· Process Trades related transactions to include Trades, Rebalance, Dollar Cost Averaging, Resets and Interest Sweep· Process Systematic Withdrawal requests, including Auto RMDs and 72 Q/Ts· Verify all processed requests for quality assurance· Be accountable for gain/loss associated with processes· Update policy information in administrative system and workflow system· Effectively respond to incoming inquiries and issues (phone, e-mail, fax and written) in a timely, accurate and professional manner· Perform research and partner with other functional areas to resolve issues within hours. · Remain current on changes in product offerings, processes and operational procedures· Build positive relationships with operations team members· Prepare reports and complete special projects Basic:· Proven service aptitude and customer service skills in handling customer issues and concerns effectively, timely and in a courteous manner· Demonstrated analytical and decision making skills· Ability to resolve issues accurately and independently or appropriately escalate more complex/sensitive problems· Strong attention to detail· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Facilitate communication between multiple departments· Flexible, open to change and able to work in a team environment· Proven prioritization, time management and organizational skills· PC Skills – Windows and mainframe; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook· College degree or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry· NASD Series 6 License or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.Preferred:· Annuity product knowledge· Proficiency in Transcend and Lifecomm· NASD Series 6 License Additional Information Reference Code: 81258Status: Full Time, EmployeeJob Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Send this Job to a FriendSee all Company opportunities
