Sr Java Developer

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
Sr Java Developer (XML Expert)
Location : Madison, WI
Required Skills:
1. Strong XML experience
2. Create, maintain and modify Enterprise XML schemas in SOA.
3. Knowledge of schema design best practices.
4. Knowledge required to define and maintain standards and best practices.
5. Experience defining and implementing schema versioning techniques
6. Experience defining and implementing schema governance methods.
7. Ability to provide XML mentoring and education to staff.
8. Knowledge of Webservices, SOAP, WSDL, XML and XSD.
9. Experience with Altova XMLSpy.
10. Familarity with entity relationships modeling.
11. Experience in the Insurance industry.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Well organized self-starter.
