Senior Project Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide a central leadership for the local it team and an escalation point for business leaders
• Interface with business leadership to fully understand and support the product roadmaps, priorities and how they apply to business units and the company’s revenue goals
• Lead development and implementation project meetings.
• Review and approve projects for development and SQA local staff according to workflow process
• Adhere to and enforce USMDA project methodology and workflow process.
• Work with and report to senior IT leadership regarding shifts/new priorities, staffing allocation and process
• Prepare estimates and schedule due dates for end to end project development
• Serve as key point of contact for all code and test plan review
• Provide timely status and monthly reporting as required
• Confer with product management, engineers, managers, and customers to obtain schedule, priorities and documentation
• Submit documentation to stakeholders for approval, and upload publications to network archive locations
• Provide leadership in best practices
• Organize and lead project milestone meetings, walkthroughs, issues meetings, status meetings and risk mitigation plans.

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree recommended
Minimum of five years experience in a leadership role in software development teams
Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
Understanding of the variety of methodologies in development and SDLC.
Proficient in .Net and C#.
Business Analyst experience recommended
