Safeco Instore is a highly automated and innovative agency with a focus on being team oriented, fun, and passionate about our relationship with our customers. We are looking for Insurance Sales Producers who are interested in driving growth and being innovative.Key Responsibilities Sells and advises personal and small commercial to clients. Works with team and independently to define areas from which to draw business in to a new "retail" type environment. Involves creating new ways to interact with clients, using newly developed interactive technology, story telling and listening. Helps clients evaluate overall risks in their lives culminating in selling them insurance products as well as teaching them other risk management techniques. Position Requirements*Must have active P&C License. *Extraordinary sales skills - ability to assess people and enjoy engaging customers * Passion about helping clients feel well cared for with their insurance and risk management program* Strong organizational and time management skills in order to plan, manage, and follow through on priorities in a fast paced environment * Ability to creatively solve problems in a new type of environment* Out of the box thinking ability* Must be able to work collaboratively across different types of organizations * Strong networking skills* Self starter with strong customer focus and a passion for achieving results* Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office products* Bachelor degree or equivalent experience * Minimum three years Insurance industry experience* Retail sales experience a plus* Weekend and evening hours * Competitive Salary and Bonus PotentialMonday - Friday schedule with weekend and evening flexibility.
