Finance Analyst to support Sales Operations

Premera Blue cross is looking for an Incentive Compensation Analyst to support Sales Operations. The incentive compensation analyst is a key position in the analysis and administration of incentive compensation program. This position works collaboratively with various sales leaders focusing on the implementation, analysis and reporting of sales incentives. The analyst works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Responsible for writing, revising, interpreting and distributing analysis, programs, report, and plans. Handles confidential information and requests for information. Performs audit controls of critical incentive payment information, prepares reports, coordinates core processes, and promotes awareness of important procedures. The incentive compensation Analyst is the primary source of disseminating and analyzing incentive compensation. Requirements: 3+ years experience as an analyst with financial analysis, business analysis, data analytics or reporting responsibilities. Ability to apply math and financial concepts to different business models. Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and present information. Experience with data modeling and forecasting.
