What are we looking for?
At The Farmers Sales Center of Excellence, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the work of other team members in order to enhance the team’s overall productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
High School Diploma or equivalentExcellent working knowledge of all Windows based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook for Sales Center of Excellence Scheduling and Email)Must perform efficiently and effectively in a fluctuating and multi tasked fast paced environmentDetail oriented with high level of accuracyMust have excellent detailed, organizational, and problem solving skills Must be consumer service focusedStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent numerical and keyboarding skillsAbility to work both independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment with energetic attitude and efficiencyWisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance License Preferred

What are the responsibilities of the position?
This position requires employee to be licensed or obtain licensing w/ 90 days of hire for both Property & Casualty, and Life & HealthBasic Windows operation of Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as The Farmers DashboardCopy, Fax, Mail, requested information as needed by Agents, Management, and CustomersAccurate and timely submission of Agent New Business ApplicationsAccurate and timely submission of clients policy change requestsExcellent verbal and communication skills w/ both Agents/ Management and CustomersAccurate and timely identification of premium billing questionsCoordinate and discuss underwriting activities for agent and clientsCross-sell clients accounts for additional businessFollow-up phone contact with clients to ensure timely service Participate in Special Requested ProjectsAssist in training and coaching of new as well as existing team members
