Claims Support Representative

Responsibilities:This position provides clerical support to the Claims/Operations department, including sending outgoing faxes and distributing incoming faxes; picking up, opening, sorting, identifying and distributing incoming mail; copying and filing documents, and typing envelopes, with additional duties as assigned by Claims management.Qualifications:Filing experience and computer proficiency in a Windows environment is required. Must possess the ability to process information and react quickly and appropriately. Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and possess the ability to work independently and with coworkers. Above average organizational and time management skills, clerical skills, as well as good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are also required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
