Assistant District Manager - Farmers Insurance Description Farmers Insurance Group is seeking a management candidate to join our District Manager Program. You will be placed in our Bellingham, Washington District Office. The current District Manager will be responsible for sharing with you the key areas of successful management. It will entail recruiting, training new agents, as well as developing a successful agency force who offer Farmers Insurance Products and Financial Services. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, think creatively, problem solve, and have outstanding people management skills. During the training program, income will depend upon the level of prior experience in a related field (or proven track record of management success). The timeline ranges from 24 to 30 months depending upon your progress in mastering the key skills necessary for success. Once this has been proven, the Assistant District Manager will be promoted to a different location as a District Manager.
