Currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support all business practices for the Farmers Recruiting & Training Center.

Job Requirements:

 High School Diploma or equivalentExcellent working knowledge of all Windows based applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)for Center Scheduling and EmailMust perform efficiently and effectively in a fluctuating and multi tasked fast paced environmentDetail oriented with high level of accuracyMust have excellent detailed, organizational, and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent numerical and keyboarding skillsAbility to work both independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment with energetic attitude and efficiency

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 Copy, Fax, Mail, requested information as needed by Agents, Management, and CustomersCoordinate & manage interview calendar & office operations calendarFollow-up phone contact with clients to ensure timely service Participate in special requested projectsAssist in training and coaching of new as well as existing team members
