PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer relationships; provide sales support and implementation expertise
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Technology Management, Insurance, Business or related field
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proactive and positive disposition in a team environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated client relationship / management skills
- 3+ years experience in Client Account Management/Relationship Management
- 3+ years Project Management and systems integration for software applications
- 3+ years working knowledge of system and architecture: web based solutions, PC/Laptops/workstations, intranets, extranets, and browsers
