SUMMARY OF DUTIES:Responsible for selling homesites to the public. Accountable for conducting quality sales presentations, generating new business through keep in touch (KIT) calling and self-generated tours and accurately completing all paper work that is needed to close the land transaction.  Develop sources of new business through the use of business associates, employee referrals, and personal references. Learn the land inventory. Conduct property tours with customers. Attend and actively participate in weekly training and sales meetings.  Assist customers in understanding the land contract, HUD statement and financing alternatives available to them. Represent the company in a positive manner. Complete weekly quota of KIT calls. Complete quarterly quota of self-generated and referrals sales. Assist Sales Manager as needed, on-site or at the office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Skills, Knowledge, Ability, etc.):High school diploma or equivalent required.  Excellent customer service skills required. Must have experience in commission-only sales. Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills required.
