Resort Assistant Manager - Ocean Park, WA
SUMMARY: Responsible for all resort operations in absence of the Manager. Assists manager in daily resort operation by performance of specified duties as defined by the manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include percentage of time spent on each duty/responsibility and categorize from highest to lowest percentage. This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.Manager resort in absence of manager.Interacts with the owners and guests, all resort departments, vendors, the community, the corporate office, and on-site sales when necessary.Assists with all resort related paperwork.Prepares and submits resort incident reports.Updates resort unit books quarterly.Supervises Housekeeping in absence of Head Housekeeper.Supervises Maintenance in absence of Maintenance Supervisor.Prepares all administrative reports normally done by Resort Manager and Staff Supervisor in their absence.Purchases resort maintenance supplies.Purchases resort housekeeping, unit and replacement suppliesAND/OR EXPERIENCE: Indicate minimum requirements necessary for this position.SKILLS AND ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
