Human Capital Systems Technical Lead

Duties/Responsibilities: *        Design complex solutions to meet business needs leveraging technologies both within and outside the systems of direct responsibility.*        Provide solid technical leadership at the project level by coordinating and participating in all aspects of a project to include identifying the business opportunity, conceptualizing, designing and documenting the solution, and overseeing the construction, user acceptance testing and deployment of the final software product to the business.*        At the project level, manage a small development team of internal and external staff.*        Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to vendors, contractors and other Brinker Information Solutions staff.*        Perform development and system support activities for production PeopleSoft Human Capital, CRM and Expenses systems.*        Assist in creation and maintenance of PeopleSoft application servers, web servers and process schedulers.*        Perform all activities along the Software Development Life Cycle: functional requirements gathering, technical requirements definition, development, unit testing, testing support, and production support.*        Remain abreast of industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.   Qualifications: *        BS or BA with technology- or business-related concentration*        5+ years of business system implementation experience*        3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM implementation and development experience with 2+ implementations or minimum of 3 years of stable system support.*        Experience with PeopleTools 8.4x and all integration technologies within the PeopleSoft platform*        Experience with PIA components (web servers, application servers, process schedulers)*        Experience with PeopleSoft CRM or Financials systems desirable.*        Experience installing, configuring, and tuning PeopleSoft environments.*        Experience with development efforts within SOX controlled environments.*        Demonstrated capability to quickly learn and leverage new technology.*        Experience/capability to communicate, both written and verbally, with all levels of the business organization (executive to individual contributors)*        Strong public presentation capabilities.
