We are “memory makers.”Warm, thoughtful, gracious hospitality is our culture and through our Count on Me service philosophy, our employees make the following service promise to our owners:  to be responsive to your needs, to be respectful in every way and to deliver a great experience for each and every owner.  Through the MAGIC (Making A Great Impression on the Customer) program, our employees strengthen their customer service skills and embody the five steps of MAGIC for successful execution of signature service.   As the Grounds Manager at the Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Glade, located in lush Cumberland Plateau, you and your team of 12 will be responsible for the landscaping inside our 12,700-acre playground, set amid the green rolling hills and prettiest natural features in Tennessee.  Job Responsibilities Planning for the long term and daily operations of the Grounds Maintenance Department.  Supervising and training of the grounds technicians.  Staffing to ensure an adequate number of technicians for the season.  Purchasing of landscape materials and miscellaneous items and equipment.  Overseeing the daily timesheets to ensure proper time and locations of work. Hands on work in the field with grounds technicians. Determining schedules and methods for maintaining the grounds at timeshare and company facilities.  The selection of equipment to be used for specific projects. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma Minimum of five years experience in grounds keeping Certification in Pesticide application.Preferred Qualifications Degree in Landscape Horticulture
