Director of Catering
Westwood Country Club, located in Vienna, VA is currently searching for a Director of Catering.
This individual will be responsible for maximizing the Club's profitability from all banquet and catering functions. This includes taking the steps necessary to ensure that the banquet hall is fully booked throughout the year.
The catering director will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure that proper protocol is in place and that a priority is placed not only on sales but on service as well. This is a FT position that requires a college degree or equivalent/relevant experience. The ideal candidate should also have three to five years of management experience in the hospitality industry. This individual should also possess strong computer, communication and leadership skills.
