Dining Room Manager – Kent, WA
Farrington Court is managed by Leisure Care whose philosophy of Five-Star Fun for our residents and employees has made it one of the most desirable companies to work for. Farrington Court is now looking for dynamic, service-dedicated Dining Room Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a passion for providing an excellent dining experience through a superior understanding of how to provide exceptional customer service, superior leadership and organizational skills, and a well-trained, happy staff. Banquet, liquor and American tray service experience are a plus, but the ability to create a fun, positive and entertaining environment is vital.
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a full service, dining room required. Experience working with a POS system as a back- and front-of-house management/service tool a plus. Upbeat, energetic, positive and enthusiastic about food and service that will win our customers praises every time.
