Concierge

Great opportunity to join a first class team of customer service professionals for this luxury high rise community. 

 

As Concierge you will be handling a multitude of tasks:

·         Coordinating valet services for residents

·         Take incoming calls from residents and handle situations quickly and efficiently

·         Become familiar with residents to ensure a secure environment

·         Monitor building activity by watching surveillance cameras

·         Dispatch appropriate personnel to accommodate resident request

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma, some college preferred

Minimum of 5 - 7 years work experioence in a customer service setting

Ability to supervise and coordinate personnel

Basic computer skills

Ability to go up and down stairs unassisted

Good telephone voice

Have well groomed appearance and wear uniform (provided and cleaned by company)

Be knowledgeable of area and be able to give directions.
