This Marriott hotel offers a free buffett breakfast to our guest each morning.  The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ordering, inventory, scheduling staff, monitoring food cost control, and supervising. In addition this manager is hands on and is there to assist the staff. In addition, the restaurant is open Monday - Thursday and provides an evening social to the guest, free of charge. Again, the manger is required to staff and assist associates.   Ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant management. If you enjoy planning big parties with friends and family, that is our atmosphere.  Great opportunity for growth!!! The successful candidate will be an employee of the aforementioned franchisee company, and not an employee of Marriott International, Inc.
