Assistant Executive Housekeeper - Radisson SLC

Position Description:

Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown is hiring an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper! Our beautiful hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, just minutes from Energy Solutions Arena and Temple Square. The property features 381 guest rooms and 15,000 sq feet of meeting space as well as 160 dynamic employees! This individual will support the Executive Housekeeper in daily operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. Duties include, but are not limited to: reviews rooming lists, distributes work to staff as needed, guides and counsels employees and responds to needs in a professional manner. Provides 100% guest satisfaction and ensures that staff has the training and materials needed to do the same. Assists in hiring qualified employees, training and progressive discipline, as needed. Works closely with other departments to meet the needs of hotel guests and employees. Assists with invantory management, purchasing and cost control. Works with Engineering department to maintain rooms in working order. Ensures that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to Radisson standards, provides Yes I Can! hospitality at all times.


Position Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING environment.
