Admin Assts/Coordinators

J. Spargo & Associates, Inc. is a fast-paced convention company located in Fairfax, VA.  We are seeking several Administrative Assistants/Coordinators to support our Registration or Housing departments.  The ideal candidate must be a team player, organized, motivated, and have strong attention to detail. 

Duties would include: responding to customer inquiries via email/phone/fax, providing internal support, backing up and assisting Managers, data entry, updating the database, etc.

Requirements:

*HS diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in related field a plus
*General administrative work experience
*Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; Access preferred
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Conference registration, housing, trade show, or hotel experience preferred 
*Minimal travel required
