Imagine yourself -

Recruiting, training, motivating, and guiding the pharmacy technical staff cooperatively with other members of the management team.

Operating within the constraints of the budget prepared by the Regional Director, Pharmacy Services.

Monitoring local and national developments that could impact Pharmacy practice within Aurora.

Assisting with implementation of system changes and improvements.

Assuring the continuity of drug distribution services relating to order entry, distribution, and drug preparation and support services and oversees their timely accomplishment.

Assisting in coordination of training of new personnel, the continuity of the educational process and the recertification of the support staff to the standards of the Department of Pharmacy Services.

Assisting in developing the expectations and instructional objectives the department maintains for new and experienced personnel.

Assisting the managers, coordinators or area specialists in developing classroom and technical experience situations while establishing ways to assess trainees' ability to learn and carry out department procedures.

General Qualifications
Pharmacy degree from an approved school of pharmacy.

Licensed for the state of Wisconsin.

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience or completion of a pharmacy practice management residency preferred.

Desired Qualifications
Strong abilities in time management and multi-tasking.

Ability to maintain positive professional relationships.
