STAFF PHARMACIST, 1st Shift, Outpatient Pharmacy
Performs a combination of clinical and distributive pharmacy services necessary for the provision of pharmaceutical care to each patient. Interaction with other members of the health care team to proactively address drug therapy issues. B.S. or Pharm. D. Degree received from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy. Wisconsin pharmacist license (or eligible for). Minimum of one year hospital or three years other pharmacy experience. Good communication skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities in order to optimize patient care and minimize adverse outcomes.
