Position Overview

We have an immediate opening for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable professional, who has a desire to grow with a reputable and nationally acclaimed consulting firm.  This individual should have an industry or consulting background of at least 2 years, preferably in a hospital/health system setting.  Ideal candidate would posses a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Finance.  Extensive travel is required for this position. 

 

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years experience in consulting, preferably in a hospital/health system setting

· Experience working with director and “C”-level executives

· Ability to train or strong education background, preferably in a hospital setting

· Demonstrated team facilitation skills

· Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and/or web based means

· Strong analytical skills

· Exceptional time management skills

· Ease in working independently and within a team

· Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; experience with Access is also helpful)
