Registered Nurse - Oncology (12ST) Weekend Program

Aurora provides 100% of tuition fees for Associate Degree nurses who pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Aurora also offers nurses credential reimbursement. In addition, Aurora's clinical practice model features the novice to expert" process, rewarding levels of achievement in nursing practice involving patient care.. . . where nurses at the bedside make decisions that impact patient care. Aurora's Nursing Leadership supports bedside staff nurse through the Shared Governance Program. . . . where you will be encouraged to work collaboratively to challenge conventional wisdom, develop innovative ideas and implement best practices. This is a Weekend Program position. Weekend Program Nurses work two 12-hour shifts per weekend (generally Friday and Saturday night shift or Saturday and Sunday day shift) and get compensated with a substantial differential. These nurses receive the following full-time benefits: employer contribution to health and dental insurance, life insurance coverage, and tuition reimbursement. Accruals are calculated by actual hours worked for pension and Paid Time Off. Weekend Program Nurses receive one weekend off per three-month period.
General Qualifications
Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure or eligibility required.
