Aurora Health Care/Oshkosh is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time or full-time Master's degree prepared psychotherapist position.




Conducts patient assessments and provides psychotherapy and other related therapies to individuals, couples, families or groups of patients. Follows established policies and procedures of assigned service area.

General Qualifications
Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Guidance Counseling or Mental Health Nursing or other related field.

Licensed for a minimum of three (3) years.

Requires 3,000 hours post-master's degree supervised psychotherapy experience, as evidenced by independent provider status in the state of WI.

Current licensure as a Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Professional Counselor (LPC) from the State of Wisconsin.

Skilled as a generalist and has one or more specializations. Extensive knowledge and skills in the application of theory, practice and techniques of behavioral health and/or substance abuse treatment services.

Past work experience with diverse age population, AODA and general behavioral health issues.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrates the ability to function in a complex mental health delivery system.

Desired Qualifications
Minimum of one year therapy experience working in a behavioral health setting preferred.

Previous outpatient therapy experience strongly recommended.
