Basic Function of the job: Support the training development and management of Trojan SPIRIT program for MCSC PM Intel. Primary duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop training material to include technical and maintenance manuals. 2. Responsible for budgets and financial performance for training groups including: operating expense control, revenue reporting as well as equipment management and capital budgets. 3. Responsible for employee management on a daily basis both locally and staff that may, from time to time, be remotely located in various parts of the world. Must Have the Following:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree coupled with 3 years related experience; an Associate's degree coupled with years 7 related experience; or a High School diploma coupled with 11 years experience. -This experience must include at least two (2) years in support of DoD programs directly supporting the development of the following: - Training programs - Training text - Training outlines - Training Handouts - Must demonstrate familiarity with Marine Corps concepts, practices and procedures. - Eligible to obtain or maintain a Secret security clearance.Preferences:- Experience development of training materials in the Systems Approach to Training Format.
