Candidate will be responsible for preparing Request for Proposals, coordinating proposal reviews with program managers, conducting cost/price analysis, drafting and negotiating subcontracts containing prime contract clauses, administrating subcontracts and documenting the file sufficient to pass a CPSR.Experience Requirements-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline -Minimum of 5 years of substantive professional experience in subcontract administration is required -Knowledge of GSA Schedule and/or Deltek Cost Point is a plus -Individual should be experienced in issuing all subcontract types including CPFF, T&M and FFP -Candidate must be able to effectively and proactively manage the terms of the subcontract, including technical, data, terms, and other deliverables -A good working knowledge of the FAR and DFAR is requiredNon-technical Skills:Qualified applicant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well with others in a dynamic team environment.
