Working within the Platform Solutions Subcontracts Management Organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: In coordination with the Program Office, ensures complex or critical subcontract material or service requirements are adequately defined Identifies potential sources for required materials; develops and issues RFPs Manages proposal pricing of the bill of material activities on major proposals Receives and reviews supplier proposals; coordinates the source selection process and may lead the proposal evaluation team in fact finding, technical evaluation, and cost/price analysis Negotiates cost reimbursement and fixed price subcontract terms and conditions Develops the subcontracts document; reviews it for compliance with Government and Corporate requirements and obtains approvals Manages the entire lifecycle of the subcontract agreement (ensures compliance with all terms and conditions including price, schedule, and quality and closure of subcontract upon receipt of all deliverables) Recommends process and system changes to reduce costs and increase effectiveness BS degree in Business Administration, Technical discipline or related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years related experience Strong negotiation skills.
